Shipping policy

At StarWoofs, each order is prepared with care and shipped directly to you. Some items are made-to-order, while others come from our trusted global partners. Because of this, delivery times can vary depending on what you’ve purchased.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Coming soon: We plan to expand shipping to select international regions. Updates will be shared on this page as new locations become available.

Made-to-Order Items (such as apparel, mugs, and totes)

• Production time: 2–5 business days
• Shipping time within the US: 3–7 business days
• Orders ship with major carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, or regional partners
• Tracking is always provided

Global Supplier Items (such as toys, accessories, and specialty finds)

• Shipping time: 14–28 business days on average
• Delivery times may vary depending on carrier networks and region
• Shipped through trusted international carrier networks
• Tracking provided whenever available

Multi-Item Orders

If your order contains both made-to-order and global supplier items, they may arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry—everything is on the way.

Customs & Duties

Currently not applicable, as we only ship within the contiguous US.
For future international orders, any import duties, taxes, or fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
